On-Demand, Human Support

The same benefit professionals who support our traditional enrollment services also assist employees with day-to-day benefit questions. Through personalized, one-on-one interactions, we provide clear guidance, resolve common issues, and support employees beyond enrollment.

How It Works:

Employees either call into the enrollment call center or schedule a time for the Benefit Counselor to call them
The Benefit Counselor reviews the issue or question and provides appropriate guidance and support
More complex issues are transferred to the appropriate party for resolution

Key benefits messaging and reminders can be
communicated on each interaction
HR is kept up to date on all interactions through live

Email Support

Easy, Convenient Assistance

Employees receive comprehensive benefit support through secure email communication. Our team addresses inquiries and concerns, delivers timely responses, and keeps the HR team informed every step of the way.

Support Includes:

BE sets up a dedicated email through the enrollwithbe.com domain or granted permission directly on the client’s domain
When set up on the client’s domain, the employees often do not realize they are communicating with a third party

Email is continuously monitored by a dedicated team, with responses provided within 24 hours
All interactions are logged and shared with the HR team through live Google Documents
