For the past four years I have been working on ways to better educate and enroll my employees in benefits during our annual enrollment. My employees are spread across the continental US and Hawaii and speak many different languages. HR Managers would have employees complete paper forms and then enter those elections into our HR system. This process is very slow, prone to errors, and not well received by my employees (typical participation is around 30%).
Benefit Educators was able to eliminate these problems. They learned all our benefits and our HR system, were able to accommodate every language we needed, and were very flexible. Their online scheduling system was very easy to use and, when any problems came up, they were quick to address them. Speaking to someone in their native language allowed my employees to better understand our benefits and make educated enrollment decisions.
This year we had over 46% participation, my HR Managers were not struggling to enter paper forms, and errors were minimized.
